Prime Minister Narendra Modi will dedicate to the nation the longest tunnel built at the cost of Rs3720 crore in Jammu and Kashmir on 2nd April 2017 at Chennai Populary known as Chenani Nashri tunnel it will curtail the distance of about 30 Kms from Jammu to Srinagar and Vice Versa. This was stated by Baldev Singh Billawaria District President Bharatiya Janata Party today. Addressing a press conference at BJP Office, Kachi Chawani Jammu, Billawaria said that Chennai – Nashri tunnel has been built on modern lines and will facilitate reduction of traffic Jams on Jammu- Srinagar national highway besides help in conserving energy by less consumption of Petroleum products. Billawaria said that the Prime Minister after inaugurating the tunnel at Chenani will address a public meeting at Batal Balian in Udhampur at 2:00PM. Billawaria said that more than twenty thousand BJP activists from Jammu district will participate in the said meeting. He said that all arrangements for their participate have been completed. Our workers, he said are enthusiastically looking forward for the rally at Udhampur to be addressed by Modi Ji on 2nd April 2017. He said that 2 points have been earmarked from where buses carring BJP workers would proceed to the rally site. The road Opposite Radio Station, Railway Station Jammu and Kunjwani near Vishal Mega Mart, Jammu. Billawaria also appealed general masses of Jammu for proceeding to the rally site on 2nd April in large numbers.
