JK BJP figures in top 5 party units for successfully conducting training programmers
Charak briefs National Leadership on working of Training Deppt
Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to massive training vargs to train party workers and senior leaders on core party ideology and issues before the nation.
This was decided in a meeting of National Training department held recently at BJP headquarters Delhi under the Presidentship of Amit Shah BJP National President and P Murlidhar Rao National in charge training department and General Secretary.
All state in-charges of training department attended the meeting.
During the meeting J&K state incharge training department Rajeev Charak briefed about the activities conducted in Jammu and Kashmir and future plan of party unit.
Briefing the national leadership informed the total 14 workshops were held during 2015-2016 in which 1150 trainer participated to further polish their skills on core party ideology to guide the new member’s upto booth level.
“In 145 Mandal level training varg 7565 workers participated and givin training on ideology and future road map of the party, 14 district level training varg were also conducted in which 1458 participants were trained and further sensitized to take up the party ideology to the booth level,” he said.
The State level training varg was attended by 298 senior party works of Jammu and Kashmir BJP. They were informed about working of center and state government and asked to take up the government schemes to the people effectively.
On the occasion BJP National leadership appreciate the working of training department and congratulate the in-charge for successfully conducted concluding state level vargs in stipulated time and figured in the list of first five in party units at all India level.
Meanwhile, after returning from Delhi Rajeev Charak, state in-charge Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) Training department apprised state president Sat Sharma, MLA and state core team about the decision taken in the meeting.
He informed the president that national leadership gave its nod to strengthen the training department by formation of a proper team.
It was also decided to conduct regular trainings of trainers, so that they would become expert in their department.
It was said that training department will discuss party road map for 2025 and further educate the workers on party‘s future plan in nation prospect.
He further added that it was decided in national meeting that party’s Library department will also work as part and parcel of training department and consult training department for maintaining stocks in Library and issue book
to the works on recommendation only.
He added national leadership also asked to celebrate 100th birth anniversary of Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya by conducting massive workshops for new entrants in party fold to train them core ideology and various central government schemes initiated for public welfare to further dismantle the information among general public, adding, “the workshop will also aim to train new entrants to take public grievances at booth level and panchayat level”, he said.
Similar workshops for the trainers will be conducted in each district where the trainers will be apprised of the gigantic task that the party has taken up and all leftover mandal and district level varg would be complete till 2016.
“Special vargs will be held for public representatives include Panch Sarpanch, municipal representatives, legislators, parliamentarians separately, office secretary, finance sectary, spokesman, cooperatives, media in-charge and team, IT and social media in-charge, morchas and heads of various department and cells,” he informed.
