M.L.A R.S Pura Dr. Gagan Bhagat on friday kick-started laying of Wet Mix work at Village Kalis Kullian on the Kullian-Laswara Road ,a function was organized near the famous Kulliyan Peer Baba where large number of villagers, B.J.P workers and people from all walks of life were present.The said road was among the most used road in the R.S Pura Constituency and it was very unfortunate that the previous Congress led govt. ignored R.S Pura Constituency for one or another reasons, and the road infrastructure was completely paralyzed here. During the 2014 assembly elections he had promised the people that the Road connectivity in R.S Pura will be his prime focus once he got a chance to represent R.S Pura, and now when he is there for the people of R.S Pura there is no question that R.S Pura will be ignored in any sector, the total length of the blacktopping of town road stretch is about six kilometers. While addressing the Media persons Dr.Gagan Bhagat said that the other political parties and the persons from the opposition had been misguiding the villagers regarding this road, but at last when the people realized that only Bhartiya Janta Party and M.L.A R.S Pura Dr.Gagan Bhagat can fulfill their longest pending demand ,they all met me in the form of deputation from all the concerned villagers two weeks ago, and I assured them that he will soon start the work on the said road soon , and today he was very happy that he was able to keep his promise .He further said that the Coalition Government is committed to provide all basic amenities to the people of three regions of the State including drinking water, road connectivity, electricity, health services, drainage system and education. He said that the Union government headed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been providing liberal funding to the State for accelerating developmental and economic activities adding that state is being developed in all respects to showcase it as a major attraction for the tourists visiting the state, especially the Amarnath yatris who will be here in the state for the Annual Amarnath Yatra . He apprised the people that there was no constraint of funds for completing the ongoing projects in a time bound manner. He also informed that a comprehensive plan has been formulated for up-gradation and expansion of basic facilities to provide all infrastructural facilities to the people of R.S Pura constituency. He sought cooperation of the people in implementing the development programme on ground level. Dr.Gagan Bhagat assured them that all their issues would be addressed in a phased manner. He assured the gathering that quality of work will not be compromised and special care will be taken in the execution of works.Yet another announcement was made by Dr. Gagan Bhagat that the Road from Badyal Morh to Banota Village and road from Main road Kotli Shah Doula to Tanda village will be soon started.The prominent persons who were present on the occasion included Mandal Pradhan R.S Pura Natha Ram, Mandal Pradhan Miran Sahib Devendra Sharma ,Inder Sudan, Omprakash, Charanjeet, Ashok Salaria, S.
