All the ward incharges and also members of the general public participated in the event.The public darbar was a huge success as the ward incharges and the members of the general public raised various issues and concerns of day to day life.

In majority of the cases MLA Rajesh Gupta suggested on the spot solutions and also issued on the spot instructions for the redressal of the problems of the general public.
A delegation of the evacuee property tenants met the MLA on the occasion and apprised him about the various problems faced by EP tenants. The delegation was led by Rajeev Bhardwaj,Rajesh Gupta and Rajesh Sharma.
A delegation of Moti Bazar Traders Association led by Chandan Sharma also met the MLA and made him aware of their problems.
The prominent who participated in the event included Prof.Shyam,P.C.Gupta, Karan Singh,Dalip Gupta,Ashwani,Vijay Mahajan,Chaman Lal,Surinder Anand,Ravi Singh,Amit Khanna,Rajesh Nischal,Shashi Sapolia,Naresh Abrol,Sunny Sehgal,Romesh,Rajneesh and Sardar Gurcharan Singh.
The general Secretary of BJP state Manila Mitcham Anju Dogra also participated in the function.
