Jammu and Kashmir State Bharatiya Janata Party has criticised the statement made by former Chief Minister of J&K Dr. Farooq Abdullah

Jammu and Kashmir State  Bharatiya Janata Party has criticised the statement made by former Chief Minister of J&K Dr. Farooq Abdullah on need of talks with Pakistan for peace in region . Such like statements at this crucial juncture when India is engaged in fighting Pakistan backed militants and separatists, is highly objectionable and not in the Internet of nation .

While making statement in press release, Chief Spokesperson of State BJP Sunil Sethi said that these type of statements appearing periodically which are meant to create confusion and uncertainty are unfortunate and objectionable. He said that by making these statements the interest of Separatists and Pakistan sponsored elements are being feeded .

He further noted that while nationalistic forces are involved in countering onslaught of antinationals and Sepatists and are holding flag of country and nationalism high , makers of such statements are not standing with national mainstream and standing alone . These elements who have always taken benefits political or otherwise from the country are now trying to cross the line of nationalism.

Chief Spokesperson also said that it is high time for the people of State to understand the real motives of these elements and expose them completely so that only persons and parties with nationalistic attributes are given the opportunity to serve people.  Public should show no tolerance to such persons electorally and should teach people lessons at appropriate times.

He further said that it is high time that all citizens of J&K should stand with resolve of the central govt to tackle Pakistan and its supporters appropriately by showing no relaxation at the cost of national interest. He welcomed the hard deeps being talent by central government and armed forces and said that the policy being adopted now will now ensure lasting peace in the region.
