Manhas formally Inaugurates motorable road at Dhok Paloura

Member Parliament Rajya Sabha Shamsher Singh Manhas formally inaugurates motorable road from Tiny Tots Hr. Sec. School to Dhok mohalla in Municipal Ward-60, Paloura. The road connects main Paloura with Mohalla Dhok via banks of heritage pond namely Tamyani Talab and constructed on  the left bank of the pond. It was a long pending demand of the inhabitants of this area which was finally fulfilled.

Manhas reiterated that he is committed for overall development of state. He said that many development works have been started from MPLAD fund from last two years and utilized full funds. He said Prime Minister Narinder Bhai Modi has started many welfare schemes for people of India. He asked people of state to join hands for development and social upliftment of society and without people’s supports he alone cannot fulfill the aspirations of people of Jammu province.

The inhabitants of this area also thanked and requested for construction of the road on the right side of the pond. In this context the concerned authorities were directed by the MP to initiate the necessary steps for up-gradation of basis amenities of the area including the banks of the Talab for its beautification. So that the same can be converted/preserved as a ‘Swachh Mission’ for the area.

A team of Jammu Municipal Corporation headed by Joint Commissioner R.S Jamwal alongwith X.en Prabod Sharma, AEE J.P Saraf, AE Mr. Arora were present.

Besides this the following BJP party members of the area Col. Uttam Singh, Th. Bikram Singh, Raj Singh, Subedar Udam Singh, Balwant Singh, Sushma Manhas, Joginder Singh, Bishan Sharma were also present on this occasion.
