Congress Murdered Democracy to remain in power: Dr. Anil Jain
Congress murdered democracy for its lust to remain in power, this was stated by BJP National General Secretary, while he addressed a Press Conference at the party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar. He was here at Jammu in connection with the observance of “Save Democracy Day” by J&K BJP.
While The then Prime Minister of country, Indira Gandhi ditched the Nation by imposing “Emergency “in the country. All the stalwarts of politics as well as social activists were arrested and jailed at the convenience of then government, whereas the media was gagged. A black page in the book of Nation. Emergency was not a period but a cold blooded murder of all the democratic voices of the Nation. For shielding the mass Corruption in the elections, formed the basis of imposition of emergency in the Nation by a virtual Dictator. BJP has decided to observe the day of imposition of emergency as black day across the Nation to denounce the dreaded act by Congress. This day is being observed in every district of the Nation, he informed.
The recent statements given by Congress leaders Soz and Azad clearly showcase the mindset of Congress. They support the stone pelters and virtually shield the terrorists and their supporters, which is not at all good for the country. Congress and its supported fragments are today turning into a group of “Pakistan favouring faction”. BJP totally denounces these anti National acts. BJP will always expose these elements.
The aim of BJP is to take the Nation on the path of “Param Vaibhav” making it numero uno in every field.
He also dared Congress National President Rahul Gandhi to take action on Soz for his mis-writings in his just launched book. He said that Congress has to give reply on this matter.
He said that BJP was fully committed to the Agenda of Alliance and Centre government fully contributed to the development projects. He also said that BJP has not left its any single core issue but was serving according to the “Coalition Dharma”.
He said that the accession of J&K state with the rest of India is full and final and no body can dare challenge the status and BJP is full committed to it.
