Rajesh Gupta started the construction work of a hostel at Brahaman Sabha Parade

MLA Jammu East Rajesh Gupta started the construction work of a hostel at Brahaman Sabha Parade.The demand for the construction of a hostel at the Brahaman Sabha has been a long pending demand of the sabha.
The work of the hostel could be started because the MLA provided rupees 10 lakhs from his constituency development fund.
The pradhan of the Brahaman Sabha Ved Prakash Sharma ,Purshottam Sharma and Surinder Sharma thanked the MLA for his generous help and said that the said hostel would provide cheap and best accommodation to the needy who have to come from outside Jammu like students or patients and their attendants and are in need of a place to stay.
Senior BJP leader and MLC Ashok Khajuria and State Mahila Morcha President Purnima Sharma also attended the function.
The officials of the JMC who accompanied the MLA included Joginder Bhagat,Varinder Pathania,JE Tangroo,Israr Ahmad and Satyam.
MLC Ashok Khajuria while speaking on the ocassion said that Brahaman Sabha has played a key role in the social and cultural emancipation of Jammu.He said that the sabha has given us many luminaries who have upheld the pride of Jammu at all times.He further said that Jammu has always been a crucible where many communities and cultures co existed and flourished peacefully.
Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the ocassion said that Jammu will always play its leadership role in carrying forward the message of peace,brotherhood and communal harmony.Rajesh Gupta said that India is destined for its role as a Vishwa Guru and the time is not far when our country would be at the pinnacle in the comity of nations.We have to keep our self belief at all times and face all challenges with courage and fortitude.
