SCs had been exploited by Congress: Manyal

The State unit of BJP Anusuchit Jaati Morcha, under its State President & MLA Dr. Davinder Manyal, organized an introductory meeting at Trikuta Nagar office. It was presided over by BJP State General Secretary (Org.) Ashok Kaul.

Besides introduction of the new state office bearers, the meeting also discussed the constitution of party’s organization setup at District, Mandal and Booth levels across the state besides future strategy for reaching the SC community with the programmes and policies of the governments at the Centre and in the state, which are designed for the welfare of weaker and downtrodden sections.

Ashok Kaul, while addressing the meeting, said that the BJP has attained the number one position by becoming world’s largest political party and the contribution of all the sections of the society towards achieving this milestone has been appreciable. He said that a glance at the tally of MPs and MLAs across the country display that the BJP is the single party which has largest number of SC representatives, which speaks of the trust of this community in BJP. He said that the party works on the principle of “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas” and the different sections of the society, SCs in particular have been displaying their trust in BJP and with each passing day the party is getting further strengthen in every section.

Dr. Davinder Manyal said that the SCs had been exploited by the Congress in particular for decades and after its realization the dalits are now fast getting themselves associated with the BJP and as for J&K, all the seven reserved seats for SCs have been won by BJP, which is its live proof. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also time and again announced that the NDA government is concerned for dalits. It is clear from the fact that various welfare schemes have been launched in the last over two years. He stressed upon the Morcha Office Bearers to gear up their activities to reach the people of this community and help them in availing the benefits of centrally sponsored schemes.
